Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 29, 2025

1. Digital Products and Services

All sales of digital products and services (including escrow transactions and marketplace items) are considered final. However, in case of disputes or fraud, Bucapay will investigate and may issue a refund based on our dispute resolution policy.

2. Wallet Deposits and Transfers

Deposits made into your Bucapay wallet (Naira or USDT) are non-refundable once successfully credited. If an incorrect amount was sent or if a technical error occurred, please contact support within 24 hours.

3. Dispute Resolution for Escrow

If a buyer or seller raises a complaint during an escrow transaction:
- Bucapay will review the evidence submitted
- If we determine the claim is valid, a refund or partial refund may be processed to the rightful party
- Our decision will be final in all disputes

4. Refund Processing Time

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5 -10 business days, depending on the payment provider or wallet used.
